D'EUNA InteriorDolls Academy provides online video tutorials and educational content for textile doll making. Access to tutorials requires purchase or redemption of a kit password.

5. Kit Passwords and Access Codes

  • Kit passwords are single-use and tied to your account
  • Do not share passwords publicly or resell access codes
  • Lost or stolen passwords cannot be replaced
  • Fraudulent use of passwords may result in account termination

6. Intellectual Property

All content on D'EUNA InteriorDolls Academy, including videos, images, text, and designs, is owned by D'EUNA InteriorDolls or licensed to us. You acknowledge that we retain all intellectual property rights to the content.

7. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Post offensive, abusive, or inappropriate content in Q&A sections
  • Harass other users or our staff
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
  • Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. Refund Policy

As tutorials are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase/redemption:

  • All sales are final once a kit password is redeemed
  • Refunds may be considered for technical issues preventing access (contact us within 7 days)
  • No refunds for change of mind after redeeming access
